The championship points tally resulted in a tie for first place. The tie was broken by means of a Sudden Death Short Stage between Sam and Ray. The short stage consisted of 1 silhouette target 4 poppers and the stop plate popper all at varying ranges. OSC of 18 with no mandatory reload. Results as follows:

Location: Aggressive Sports Joliet "Underground"

Course Details: 5 Targets, 3 shots per target. Target number 5 enhanced with black light and shoot N C target.

This days event was handled differently than past events at ASJ. There was 1 practice round and 3 "preliminaries" or qualifying heats. The best scores of the 3 preliminary rounds decided which Finals bracket each participant would compete in. The top 4 were placed in 1st bracket, the rest in 2nd bracket. Those in the 1st bracket only... throw out their preliminary round scores and their final scores within their bracket determine their place in the top 4. This was done to reward consistency or a pattern of constant improvement.

Those in the 2nd bracket are shooting to improve apon their past runs, with thier best score of the prelimiaries AND the Final, determining their place in the lower bracket order.
